The Game contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no
crash-reporting software.
3. GAME PROGRESS SAVED ON YOUR DEVICE
The Game saves the following on your device, using the private sandboxed
storage provided by your device's operating system:
- Your ten best scores
- Your sound on / off setting
This stays on your device. It is not linked to an account, an advertising
identifier, a name, an email address or any other identifier, and it is never
transmitted to us or to anyone else. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game
or clear the Game's storage from your device settings.
4. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
The Game does not ask for, access or collect your name, email address, phone
number, postal address, contacts, photos, files, precise or approximate
location, advertising ID, device fingerprint, IP address as seen by us, or any
crash and diagnostic logs. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use
your gameplay for advertising or for anything else.
5. PERMISSIONS
The Game does not request access to your contacts, photos, files, location,
microphone, camera or calendar.
On Android the Game requests no runtime permissions at all. Music and sound
effects play only while the Game is in the foreground and stop when you leave
it. The Game does not declare the internet permission.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND NETWORK ACCESS
The Game has no sign-in, social, advertising or analytics features and does
not need an internet connection to play. It does not contact any third-party
service, server or link. The typefaces used in the interface are bundled inside
the Game, so no font is downloaded at runtime.
We use no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs and no social login
providers.
7. CHILDREN
The Game is suitable for players of all ages and is not directed at children
under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. Because the Game
collects no personal information from anyone, including children, we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us personal
information, contact us using the details in section 12 and we will help
resolve the concern.
8. NO SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL
INFORMATION

personal information in the first place, in practice there is nothing for us

delete. To remove the local data described in section 3, uninstall the Game or
clear its storage. That happens automatically and immediately.

Anything the Game saves is held in the operating system's private application
sandbox, is not accessible to other apps on your device, and is removed by you
at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing its storage.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to
the Game or to legal requirements. Any update will be posted on the privacy
policy page linked in section 12, and the "Last updated" date at the top of
that page will be changed. Continuing to play after an update means the
updated policy applies.
